Both are built on your property, leveled on concrete blocks, and come with a door and windows. The difference is the look, the upkeep and how long the build takes.

From your phone to your backyard

  1. Pick your shed

    Choose wood or aluminum, a size and any options. The price updates as you go. Want to see it first? Design it in 3D and move the doors and windows where you want them.

  2. Send a few photos

    Show us the spot. We check access and slope so there are no surprises on build day.

  3. Reserve with 25% down

    Sign online and pay the deposit. We call within two business days to set up a site check.

  4. We build it

    Our crew levels and builds it on site. You pay the balance when it's done.

The price you see is the price you pay

No delivery fee, no setup fee and no surprise charges on build day. Here's exactly what's in the price and the only things that can be added.

Included in every price

  • Built on your property by our own crew
  • Leveled on our concrete blocks, up to 10 inches of slope
  • Door and windows
  • Wood sheds caulked and painted
  • 1-year workmanship warranty on framing, doors and windows

The only possible extras

  • Sales tax
  • A permit, only if your county requires one: $250 filing fee plus the county's fee, usually around $50 to $150
  • Leveling past 10 inches: $7 per extra block, confirmed at the site check
  • Options you choose, priced before you reserve

Financing is available through Foundation Finance, subject to credit approval.
