Permits in Phenix City
Most of Phenix City is in Russell County, which requires a permit for every shed. We pull it for you: a $250 filing fee plus the county's permit fee, usually around $50 to $150. Part of Phenix City is in Lee County, which has different rules, so we confirm the rule for your exact address before your build. Approval usually takes 7 to 10 business days.
Good to know
Because we're right across the river, Phenix City is one of the easiest places for our crew to get to, and building on site means no delivery truck has to back into your yard.
How it works
Send us your size and a photo of the spot, and you'll get your price the same day. Reserve with a 25% deposit, we check the site and handle any permit, then our crew builds it in your yard. You pay the balance when it's done. See every step.
