Deposits, refunds and texting

Deposit

A 25% deposit reserves your build. The balance is due when your shed is finished.

Refunds

• If the site check or permit shows we can't build your shed as ordered, you get a full refund.
• If you cancel within 3 days of signing, you get a full refund.
• If you cancel after 3 days but before materials are ordered, you get your deposit back minus any permit fees already paid.
• Once materials are ordered, the deposit is not refundable.

Permits

Where a permit is required, we pull it for a $250 filing fee plus the county's permit fee at cost, usually around $50 to $150.

Leveling

Leveling on concrete blocks is included up to 10 inches of slope. Beyond that, each extra block is $7, confirmed at the site check.

Text messages

If you agree to texts, we send messages about your price request, order and build schedule. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to buy. We don't sell or share your phone number for marketing.

We use what you send us only to price, build and support your shed. Questions: hello@valleybuiltsheds.com.

Site analytics

To improve this site and our 3D designer, we use PostHog to count page views and clicks and to replay how pages are used. We use a random ID stored in your browser for up to 90 days, shared with the 3D designer so a visit reads as one trip. We never send your name, phone number, email or anything you type into a form, and form fields are hidden in replays. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we turn this off.
